"Provision Living at West Clermont is a brand new facility. They just opened in February and it's beautiful. They have assisted living, memory care, and a little cluster of single-level apartments. If you live there with a husband or wife, you can go into the big building and the big dining room for your meal, so they have things where you could do a little bit more independent living, yet you can have somebody clean your place and you could use the facilities. That was different. We hadn't seen anything like that. It's two stories and looked typical. They have a grand piano in the dining room which makes it exquisite looking. All the furnishings and decorations were just spot on for 2021. There's a big fireplace when you walk in too. We had a cup of coffee and the person who toured us took us to her office as she wanted to know more about the family. I like the way they do that. They talk to you a little bit about your parents and they did a very good job of that. She was very, very accommodating and matter of fact, she stayed over when she was supposed to be in a baby shower because we wanted to go and see the independent living. She was very nice to stay, but we just told her to go and that we will be fine looking at the independent living by ourselves. She was wonderful. They also had a lot of activity rooms. We just didn't see a lot of people out and about. We went into the memory care area as well, which only has studio apartments, and saw a couple of people watching TV. They had a little cafe where they let the people eat whatever, so I thought that was nice. They can go into this little cafe and don't have to be in the dining room where everybody else is. I think there's a certain menu that they have to order off of."

"I moved into Otterbein Lebanon SeniorLife Community. The premises are very appealing. It is extremely well-maintained. There are several activities appropriate for me, and they are outstanding. You are made aware of them through a channel on the TV, so you know what's going on that day or in the future. They have off-site activities, where you would travel in a van they provide. They also have activities on-site. They have a YMCA on the premises. They have a theater and a barbershop. They also have a very nice indoor pool. You wouldn't have to leave if you didn't want to. There are a lot of younger seniors living here, so it doesn't look like a nursing home. Otterbein Lebanon SeniorLife Community has three different types of rooms. There are apartments that you can rent, as well as the patio homes. They have single family homes that you can also rent. You can get a higher level of care in any one of those three types of units. They have a 4-unit building with 4 patio homes. It's very roomy and well-maintained. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The location is a country setting. It's spread out over 1200 acres that have access to a golf course. The food here is very good. They have two restaurant-style facilities on the premises. They have a main dining area and a cafe. You can order food and have it delivered to you, if you're in one of the remote locations other than the main complex. You have the option to go with a monthly food allowance and pay for that independently, or you can buy individual meals. You only pay for what you actually use."

"My mother is so happy she has made her home here. The facility is beautiful, the people are helpful and caring. Her apartment is so beautiful, looking over gardens and a patio. The places is spacious and elegant. Can't say enough about this facility. A great place to make your home. "

"After my mom’s stroke, she needed an assisted living home. After a stay at Marjorie P Lee, which was great, we moved her to the Deupree Cottage. The professionals and staff were great and made a bad situation as best as possible. Mom loved her room, we were able to paint it a color she loved and we moved in a good number of furniture pieces from her home in NW Ohio. While it wasn’t home, it was the next best thing. The living room and dining areas are exceptional as the facility is designed as a home, not a nursing home. The outdoor garden area is also attractive and enjoyable for any resident. I would strongly suggest that anyone thinking about such a facility, consider an ERS facility. The leadership and management team, as well as facility staff, are tremendously committed to the residents. "

"We did find Twin Towers for my parents. In the assisted living, they have studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms. They don't really have floor plans because all of the rooms are just slightly different. When an individual leaves there, they go in and re-do everything, e.g., put new carpeting, new flooring and new countertops and cabinets. They have a robust activity department. They have transportation available. The staff actually has been very accommodating. I have not tried the food but my parents seem to think the food is fine. Security and safety is fine. They have a security officer on campus and my parent does have an alert, like they wear around their necks that has GPS tracking in it. My mom moved in three weeks ago and Dad will be moving in today. "

"Our visit at Western Hills was OK. Everyone was very friendly. I would rank it above the other facility we visited because of its outward appearance. It was satisfactory. "
