We have lived at Morning Side. They don't require a dining area since it's all independent living. You have your own apartment and if you wish to have a party, you can do that in their community room. You have enough cooking space in your kitchen and a lovely patio. We had 2-bedrooms and 2-baths, and the place was over 900 square feet. There was also a washer and dryer in the unit. They were very nice people to associate with. It was a safe place and they have water that will come out of the ceiling if there's a fire. It was all kept up very clean and the staff was very good.
