I was very interested in putting my aunt in Ashley Manor Care Center, but they didn’t have an opening. They had single and double rooms but the thing that I liked about it was you can go from private pay to Medicaid there.

Do not place your loved one here! They are always short staffed. They do not keep family members informed on important issues with your loved one. The administration is NEGLIGENT! Although some of the care staff is very good, they do not have ANY SUPPORT from management and are often forced to bring in necessities like toilet paper and food because management didn’t ensure there was enough. There are no activities. Care staff having to work double shifts because management forgot to schedule anyone for the shifts. What once was an amazing place has been run into the mud by terrible leadership.

For the price, Ashley Manor is probably what I expected. The staff were very much accommodating. I wish they would have more amenities, but I don’t know if that would make any difference with my mother's care or not. The facility is very clean, and the security is good.
