I have been visiting a good friend there weekly for about 6 months. Although the facility is not new it appears to be well maintained. She tells me she enjoys the meals very much. Her room always appear clean. When she uses her call button someone comes in within a few moments to check on her. She appears well cared for and doesn't complain about anything or anyone. My interaction with the staff is always very friendly and they all seem to truly care for the residents.

My gradmother lived at this facility. She was provided good care. However the facility seemed very institutional. Her personal items were often lost. Some of the residents seemed very lonely and it was difficult to visit under these circimstances. The staff was friendly and nice, but I think they got burned out often and quit.
