'Daybreak' is located on the Saint Francis de Assai Church on San Felipe Rd, San Jose. Currently open M-F 9-3 PM. Lunch is served via meals on Wheels. Tu/Thur a community group comes to play music. The clients enjoy theme days, arts activities, exercise, singing, lively discussions, and other activities.
