Aunt Carol's Place gave seniors exceptional care, but unfortunately is scheduled to close on October 3, 2019. We had a wonderful 81-year-old who had problems with thyroid, bi-polar and dementia. She was living alone and was abusing her medicines.... taking 30 days of sleeping pills in a 14 day period. Aunt Carol's Place under the leadership of Cristina Wilson got her back on a stable platform with regard to her medicines and it made a world of difference. We were so very sad to learn the home was closing because the standard of care was exceptional. Cristina Wilson has a very big heart and cares so very deeply for her residents, that she sometimes took in people who could not pay, which caused an occasional cash flow problem. Cristina Wilson and her staff are among the very best and the world is hurting with the loss of this wonderful facility.
