I was able to do a tour of New Bethany. The front desk staff was very nice, helpful, and positive. I was only able to see the dementia unit. I saw the residents playing cards and walking around. They also had a garden, and the overall facility was well-maintained.

My brother was in New Bethany in Los Banos a year ago for three months. We liked it because it's here in town. It's a little expensive, but it's easier for me. It's very nice, very clean, well done, and I don't have anything bad to say about it. It's not super exceptional, but they treated him well there. The facility itself was absolutely gorgeous. It's well landscaped, it has a well-furnished inside, and it's very cozy. They also had it well done on the holidays. The staff was very good, friendly, and helpful. For activities, they had a game room.

At New Bethany the staff there is polite and full of kindness. The staff members are very experienced and help in any way possible to support the needs of the patients around them. There are day and night nurses to help provide optimum care for the senior citizens who are in need. The faculty is kept clean and orderly at all times. The facility is very big and spacious to accommodate all types of residents. The facility is split into two sections to provide optimum care for both general and special need patients. Railings are put out to ensure the safety of all members inside New Bethany. New Bethany also provides its patients with activities, game days, and workouts to help the patients feel as if their at home.
