At Graceful Senescence, we believe anyone who has earned the right to be called "Senior" should be celebrated! By formulating individualized plans of care, we encourage each participant to reach their maximum potential. We address all areas that affect your quality of life (mind, body and spirit). We support health, decrease illness, and deter institutionalization. Sitting at home and not being stimulated is significant risk for deterioration. Participants who attend the center regularly are healthier and happier, have improved quality of life, maintain independence longer, and experience enhanced socialization. We're a fully licensed and certified Adult Day Health Care Center designed to assist adults or elderly persons with varying health conditions. Some conditions include High Blood Pressure, Heart Disease, Diabetes, Stroke, Arthritis, Dementia, and Alzheimer's disease. Participants receive: Skilled nursing care Social services Therapeutic activities Meals (breakfast, lunch & snack) & transportation Physical, occupational, and speech therapies (if needed) Dietary & psychiatric consultation (if needed) Facility Type Adult Day Care (social), Adult Day Health Care, Alzheimer’s Day Care Licensing Dept of Public Health, Dept of Aging Costs Daily costs: $77/Day We accept: Private Pay, VA, SSI, Medicaid/Medical.
