We were really happy with Terraza Court. I went to this facility, and I highly recommend it. It's nice. Even I would want that for myself, that's how much we love that facility. And I love the attention that was provided to us. I forgot the lady's name, but she attended to us on that day. They allowed us an opportunity to check the entire memory care floor. We were able to tour the dining area and the outdoors where they would walk the patients. It was very clean. No smell that the other facility had, so I know how clean it was, and the care being provided to the patients is really up to par. Even the restrooms for the vacant rooms that they had available were very clean, well-updated, and maintained. Even my mom was happy with Terraza Court.

We moved into Terraza Court. I don't have to worry about medications any longer because they take care of all that for you. We get all our meals. We get our laundry done. They clean our rooms when we ask them to. So far, it's been a pleasant experience, and we've met some very nice people. Their staff has been very helpful with answering questions, and things are going well so far. When we moved in, in the last part of December, they went through an ownership change. So there are still things that they are getting done with the new owners to get things up to par, and we understand that. The owners are very nice. They keep the facility very clean, and the appearance is pleasing for people who are thinking about moving into an assisted living facility. They have bingo, card playing, and painting. We were pleased to find this place because it was very convenient for us. The price is quite lower than the other places out here on the west side.

The main reception area of Terraza Court was very welcoming and warm. The residents all seemed happy and content being there. I toured the dining area for the memory center. I liked it because it was very spacious. Nobody felt like they were confined. I liked that they have a separate terrace upstairs outdoors to be able to take my mom out there and sit outside for a while. I like that it's accessible all the way around. Everything was bright and cheery. The staff all seemed very friendly to the residents, very warm, and giving. From my experience with the facilities in the past, some of them didn't smell very clean. This one smelled clean from the minute I walked in and when going through some of the floors. They were showing me the memory care units and they were just big enough that mom wouldn't feel crowded. At the same time, it felt very open and airy. The food smelled good. I didn't taste it, but I was told that I could give notice ahead of time and could go have lunch with my mom. I'm excited that I'm close enough to her that I could go to see her in the morning, for lunch or put her to bed. That's why I like that place. It's in a nice area. It's on a main street so the parking was great. I didn't find out until this weekend that two other people had their parents there and they loved it. I was very impressed. Ask them as many questions as you need to and the director will answer them promptly. An appointment for the tour would be better. I got there early and had to wait, but I didn't mind because I got to see what happens when people come and go. I think you will be pleasantly surprised by the quality and the price that you will pay for your loved one to be there. You'll feel good about it. Hopefully, if we could get mom in there, we're going to be happy and we hope that our mom will be comfortable.

Terraza Court was great. The staff seemed engaged and in touch with all the people there in a very nice tour. I had a clear understanding of the services. The facility was in great shape. The residents seemed to be in good spirits, well cared for, and had good energy about the place. We visited the memory care and we saw the dining hall and the outdoor patio area. The people were very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about any questions that I had. No pressure. They were just very much coming from a place of service and trying to help me get more information.

Everything looked great at Terraza Court. The staff who assisted me with the tour was very courteous, very knowledgeable, and did a great introduction of the place. I saw their residents doing exercises. They had a courtyard, and this facility was located near hospitals and restaurants.

I toured both assisted living and memory care at Terraza Court. I liked the facility. I like the staff. They seemed professional and courteous. The rooms were nice-sized and clean. I did not taste anything, but it looked like they have a pretty nice menu. There are some items that you can request. It was a nice tour. They had bingo, movie nights, games, and arts and crafts. They have an event calendar with different activities daily.

My tour experience at Terraza Court was very pleasant. It was clean. I could see that the seniors were happy, and they had good interaction with each other. I was looking at a memory care unit, and there was one-on-one individual care taking place. I feel that it was a nice one in the city. The staff was friendly. They seemed to be very capable and willing to help anyone that needed any type of special attention. It seemed like they had well-developed programs for different needs, depending on the needs of the participant or the seniors. It was what classes they attend and how they interact. It was more based off responding to their needs. Some people needed more attention than others, but some of them seemed to really be able to participate on their own without any guidance. They just followed the instructors. Some were large classes. Some were small classes for the ones that needed more help or more supervision. They did a good job of judging who goes to what activity. I did not try their food, but I could see that the setting was more of a restaurant or cafe type setting. I saw some people having a meal, and they seemed to be very pleased. It looked inviting. It wasn't a new facility. It was an older facility that was refurbished.

My mother is a resident of Paloma Pointe on the Boulevard. They have attentive and friendly staff members. They have a nice restaurant on the premises with great meals. They also have daily activities and my mother seems to be happy there. We have not encountered any issues at this time, and it's a nice and clean community.

Two different people showed me around Meridian of Culver City, and they were very thorough. They showed me the independent living and the assisted living areas, several different rooms, the pool, and the patio. The customer service was better there because there were more people. There were some residents working with some volunteers to make a floral arrangement and there were people watching a movie. It was super clean and well groomed. The outside and the inside looked almost like a little hotel, but it was home like. The staff was very knowledgeable.

We visited Meridian of Culver City. The apartments were fine and nicely sized, and the amenities were good. At the time, I wasn't ready to move in immediately. The staff was great, very engaging, and personable. The facility was clean, well maintained, and acceptable. What struck me were the amenities, the apartment, and the person who was giving the tour.

Meridian was very nice. The person that gave us the tour was very precise, and explained everything, but my pension was not enough to live there. The food was delicious. They had exercise areas and recreational rooms.

One place that my aunt would like to go would be Meridian. It was pleasant. The rooms were reasonably nice, and the price is not out of the stratosphere like some of them are, and it looked good, and the way staff treated the residents looks good. The overall environment was that of an active center. They have no parking, however, for people coming to visit.
