"We toured the independent living community of Monarch Bella Terra in Jackson, and it was a very nice experience. The place had a lot to offer to the seniors, especially for their social well-being and mental health. They have gyms, and the amenities at the facility are also offered to the families of the residents, which I thought was very nice. They provided us with lunch and also a couple of gifts, which was nice. They noted that they grow their own vegetables, and they make muffins with the veggies that they grow and give them to the residents and their families. They also provide trips, which is nice. It's a help for the residents' well-being and social well-being, along with a whole host of activities that they provide. The rooms are very spacious. The 1-bedroom apartment we saw is very spacious. Their dining area is very elegant-looking and has a very elegant setting. The food was also good, and my parents enjoyed it. The facility offered everything you could think of."

"My dad moved to Woodview Estates. Everything's been fine. He has fit in well. The staff is helpful and considerate. We were served lunch when we moved him in and everything is fine with that. Everything is top-notch. They have games, entertainment, singing, and social events. The rooms are adequate. It's a very positive atmosphere."

"The Residence at Stafford was very nice. It was very expensive though. The level of care and the ratio to care were very nice. It's very acceptable. It's a very warm community, but if you're someone who's in a Medicaid spend down, once you hit that spend down in two years, you're going to get placed into a nursing home because they have no Medicaid beds. The staff during the tour was fine. It's impeccable. It's very clean and very well kept. The layout was very nice. I liked the way the memory care was set up. I liked the ratio of the assistance to the residents. It's just a very caring community."

"Bayville Manor Senior Care Residence is a very nice place. It's small, very intimate, very clean, and very caring. We love it so much. The only problem with rating a facility right now when we have COVID is we're not really allowed to go there, so it's kind of hard. When we first went in and looked at the place, they were able to give us a mini tour. It was immaculate and beautiful, and the people looked well-cared for and well-kept. My mother-in-law is very happy. She loves the food, and she thinks the people are great. We're doing virtual visits too. It's a pretty neat place. They have arts and crafts, movie nights, trivia nights, games, board games, and gatherings in the room that serves as a cafeteria, dining room or activity room. They do activities and she participates, like in bingo and that kind of stuff. They are the most reasonable of all the places that we've seen, and they have the best price. They don't accept Medicare, it's private pay, but your money lasts longer. So far, everybody that we've met has been awesome and nothing has come up that we're concerned about. She always looks clean, and the people are always helping us with Facetime visits. So far, so good, and she's very content. The menu looks nice, and the options look really good."

"The staff is very attentive, there may be times that they are busy with others but as soon as they are available, they will respond to you. The staff at Pines Village is very kind and helpful, they helped make my rehab stay very enjoyable. The therapy department was great, they took their time and made sure that I received the right therapy I needed to get back on my feet and return home."

"I toured Silverwoods. They have a pool. They have a gym. They have three course menus for dinner. Everything's brand new and has a party crowd atmosphere."

"Assisted Living at Bey Lea is a "little known hidden gem"! My Mom loves it here. The staff, every single one of them, has been nothing but extremely helpful. They're always there, when and if Mom needs help. I can finally take a deep breath after 2 1/2-3 years of watching my Mom slowly fall deeper into the depths of Dementia. She can be a handful at times, but the nurses and aides know exactly how to deal with her in a caring and loving way. I trust them all to the fullest! Thank you, every single one of you, at Assisted Living at Bey Lea! I am thankful, I am grateful, and I appreciate every person who works at this facility.....for always going above and beyond!! "Magnolia Gardens was very luxurious-looking. The decor was definitely upscale. The room was really nice. The person who took me around was really nice, too. The community area seemed smaller. The only reason why we didn't take it mostly was because my mom just wanted something more affordable, but it was very pretty. We saw the general living area, the activity area, and the little visiting room where you had little tables indoors, and then right outside were outdoor tables. I really liked the place. It was always in very good condition, and it was very clean."

Our family is forever grateful to Seashore Gardens Living Center for the exceptional care they provided to our beloved mother during the final two years of her life. From the moment she arrived, we were struck by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of the entire staff. The nurses, caregivers, and administrative team consistently went above and beyond to ensure our mother was not only well cared for, but genuinely comfortable and happy.
