"I moved in recently and I must say it was a welcome surprise. My apartment is beautiful & my kitchenette is the perfect size. I love the new granite countertops. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The food is excellent. I wasn't expecting so many options. They also have therapy services and a nurse practitioner. It makes it very convenient. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for social engagement, independence with help at the push of a button, and just overall good people."

"I toured Chandler Memory Care & Assisted Living. It's a much smaller place compared to the other places that I toured. Their capacity is less than 50 residents, and it was a nice facility. It looked like an older facility, but it was well-kept and clean. There was a very pleasant interaction with the residents. The staff was very helpful. It was a good tour and a lot was pointed out and explained. They had a secured courtyard. When the weather is good, the staff tries to get the residents out to enjoy the outdoors as much as they can."

"The thing we liked the best about Village Manor was the neighborhoods that they have set up for the people. They call them pods where there are only 10 to 12 in each section, and it is nice and open. The people there seem to be very happy, and they have a lot of activities going on. They have two caregivers assigned to each neighborhood, so they have a lot of assistance where my in-laws will be. We like it. The person that was supposed to give us a tour was out sick, so another person took their place. They answered most of the questions that we had, but they had to call somebody to answer a few. They could improve on having more interaction on their tours when they take you around. My in-laws are on the waitlist because there was no opening in assisted living."

"My in-laws really like Arcadia Senior Living Bowling Green. We spoke with several residents, and they loved it. What we liked most about it is that you have a two-hour window for each meal, and you get to order what you want, so there's more variety in terms of food. The facility was just very vibrant. The rooms seemed to be smaller, but they have a variety of rooms available in terms of studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom. We liked the variety of offerings there. It was just excellently kept. The staff members were very accommodating and informative."
