If you want comfort knowing your loved one is well taken care of then this place is for you. The staff is very friendly from the entrance at check in to the nursing stations and beyond. The food is great and the atmosphere is home-like. I have never visited a better place. Everyone greets you as you walk through the halls and almost everyone is alert and ready to assist you, those who weren't were busy giving excellent care to others. According to multiple advertisements this place is 5-star rating and I would have to agree! My great-grandmother has been living here for 3 years and she has done nothing but improve. You may think if she's improved why hasn't she left, well, we can not give her the excellent care at home that she is receiving here. Also, she does not want to leave! The nurses have built a great bond with my grandmother over the years as do they with everyone else. Heritage has become family to her and she does not want to be anywhere else but here, home.

Heritage is a wonderful place for friends and loved ones in need of nursing, rehab, or daily living. They will receive the best care, customer service with caring, compassionate staff. The facility has a very comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend this facility.

This place is amazing for short term rehabilitation or any skilled nursing needs! The staff at Heritage is amazing and they really make each and every patient short term and long term apart of their family! The rehab team at Heritage is fantastic and caring for in patient and even out patient needs!!!

If you want your loved one to be ignored and become even more ill than when they came in then this is the place for you. I would not let these people care for my animals much less a human. Nursing ratio is 30 patients to one nurse and the CNAs by and large rather sit around the nursing station and play on the computers and chat. Run from this place - it is the worst of the worst. My father in law is basically ignored and has been there 60 days and is worse then when he was admitted - he has had to be admitted to he hospital twice because of the poor care he is receiving.

My aunt moved here when she was considered no longer safe alone in her home. It has given her a new lease on life. My mother-in-law moved here in April. She has a lovely room and could not be taken care of better. The facility is sparkling clean, the food is excellent, and there are always activities and helpers to check on the residents. Their assisted living community has been purposefully designed to provide the residents with a nurturing, comfortable, home-like environment that is attractive and easy to navigate. They foster community and family by hosting many activities and events each month. There are a number of private living options available, from spacious studios to 2 bedroom apartments. There is plenty of staff to take care of basic needs and cleaning, so even if you have a larger space, it should work fine. My mother in law really enjoyed her stay so far. We meet residents who show utmost satisfaction about the facility. They are found mostly happy and enjoying their stay here. I would recommend the facility for your loved ones.
