My experience at Anniston Health and Rehab Services was good. I enjoyed my stay there. It's just that the food was terrible. If they're going to serve something hot, they need to serve it hot, not ice cold. If they're going to serve meat, they do not need to dry it out to the point where you can't even cut it with a knife. It hurt my teeth. They need to rehire some people there that would do the job better. The other staff there were energetic and very, very kind. They would answer the call within 15 minutes, sometimes as quickly as 5 minutes. They need more staff at nighttime though. They seemed to be always looking for extra staff, but the ones that are there, do a good job. The facility was pristine and absolutely clean. It's spacious. The room I had was all right. It's small, but they provided a bigger television set, which was good for me. The air conditioner would freeze you out. The staff that came to clean the place did a good job. They have this special spray that is beautiful and makes the room just sparkle. They also have a laundry service where you put your dirty clothes in the laundry and you get them back in the afternoon on hangers.
