I am not sure how my caregivers could have a greater impact. They have helped me the most with transportation for appointments. The agency needs to improve the setting up in communication of days and times. That always seems to be a little tricky.

Just knowing someone was there with our loved one when we couldn't be there was the most helpful. It was a short amount of time, we didn't necessarily engage too much. It seemed like it was difficult to manage what the home help would do other than just sitting. We were just in between and didn't need a routine. It was easy to get a hold of people and easy to make a payment to them.

I've had them for about a month. I needed help with lifting. I had an immobilizer on my arm. I don't have 24 hour care. I have one caregiver who I see twice a week. I'm progressing and getting better.

They have helped the most with giving the client meals. They could improve with more time, it seems like they were only here for a short amount of time.

They help me with things such as doing dishes, ironing, and cleaning. They have improved my health allergy-wise because they are dusting. They have been really easy to work with, have been pretty good with their communication and have been good about making sure that they come for every shift. They are on time for their shifts.

Apparently they have no help, nobody wants to work. They are short handed and the person caring for her had quit I believe.

I couldn't have done this without them. They were very responsive and I was extremely happy as to how loyal they were to taking care of Nick.

The caregivers stayed with him until he passed. They were very receptive of his passing. One caregiver woke me up in the middle of the night to tell me he had stopped breathing. They were very thoughtful and respectful. They gave me and my daughter space. The caregivers were very professional and caring. They made my husband very comfortable, especially in the last 12 hours of his life.

The care is generally pretty good, but I do not see Karen's exercise program being followed. She may resist it, but I would like them to make sure she is doing it and find other things to do to help her like talking. We appreciate the care that my wife has had. The caregivers have been very caring for Karen. Our current caregiver will always find something to do if Karen is asleep or ask me if they should wake her up. Our caregiver is also very intuitive about things that need to be done.

They help by doing the bending and the lifting so I won't injure my back. They need to show up on their designated days instead of always calling in sick.

I just like the friendship of the person who comes. It's great to have someone to talk to and understand what's going on. There's just something missing. I don't feel completed when the companion leaves for the day, I feel lost.

They checked on my dad, and I didn't feel that I had to be there. That took a lot of stress off of me. No matter the situation, they always seemed to have staff that could come in.

It has impacted me greatly. I got hit by a car in July and I haven't been able to get out of bed since I got hit. I have help every day to get out of bed. If they weren't here, I would be stuck. I like that they are dependable. If somebody is late or if somebody doesn't show up and I call, they tell me they will get somebody here as soon as they can. Somebody is always here.

They provide housekeeping and that helps, including laundry. I've had no problem with them.

We have found a couple people who come regularly, and they are very nice girls. They even come over when they are not working to check on the client. I like that the caregivers live close by, that is good to know. They actually act very personal about the care, they listen to what we say and want.

They helped my dad with bathing and that was super helpful and they knew what to do. Jenny, the women in charge, did everything possible to try to help us get help because it was last minute.
