I love my aide. The agency was extremely helpful when my daughter called on an emergency basis, and the agency was able to put together something for me very quickly.

They did catheter care. They did the things a daughter shouldn't have to do for her dad. They gave me peace of mind. I was the caregiver, but they were the technical caregivers for my dad. We had one aide who was just a doll. We trusted her and she was excellent. She was the youngest and the least experienced, but she seemed to care the most. The other two were fine.
