They have kept me informed on things that are happening and need to be updated. I like that after just one phone call I basically had the agreement set up and knew what I was getting into.

Sound Options provides in-home care starting with as few as 4 hours per day all the way up to 24 hours per day. Our caregivers come into your place of residence to assist with activities of dailiy living including bathing, toileting, meal prep, driving, light housekeeping, etc. Sound Options also provides Care Management services. Our RN and MSW Care Managers assist families in navigating the eldercare world. This assistance ranges anywhere from transitions out of the hospital to ongoing oversight and management.

The caregiver we have now is just awesome. She meets all of our needs and expectations. I think there is a lack of communication in the company in general within the company that would need to be addressed for me to better recommend them.

It was wonderful to have them. When we needed someone right away when hospice came they were able to provide that. The people they sent out were very professional. They did an excellent job.

They did everything for us to be able to help. After the client passed away, they were there with me until I was at peace. They were very professional, courteous, and they listened to my questions.

I don't think it was within their power to be perfect. My mother in law was difficult and was not creative in putting them to work. Towards the end, she was not applying their services in a meaningful way. They were responsive and flexible with us.

I was able to devote myself full time to my husband's care. He was close to dying and I didn't need anyone to help me with him. I liked the initial interview. I liked the way I was treated by everybody.

I met with Lynette from Sound Options to provide in home care for my sister and brother in law in Gig Harbor, WA. My brother in law has a severe case of dimentia and my sister is quickly wearing out trying to care for him. Kim from Sound Options comes to their house three days each week. She helps around the house. Most importantly she provides additional socialization for my sister. The rest of the family trys to cover the weekends. Since this is started my sister is doing much better with more energy and enthusiasm. Kim has been great.
