I used Visiting Angels for a caregiver for my husband who has dementia whenever I needed to be away from home for several hours. Their staff members were prompt and reliable. They were also communicative and cooperative, willing to do whatever was needed.

We've been using Visiting Angels of Tricities. Our experience has been good. The caregivers have been excellent and their attitude has been always good. We haven't had any trouble. They come every morning for a couple of hours, and they help my father with mobility and transfers. They help him shower, assist with bathing, assist in dressing, and a little bit of housekeeping (like picking things up and wiping down the counters). The management, in terms of billing and scheduling, is excellent.
