Our experience with Senior Helpers was good. We used their service, and we were happy with them. The only negative is that they kept sending someone different. I thought they would assign the same person to us to come, but someone different kept showing up (which I did not appreciate). They never told me that would happen, but everybody they sent was very nice and very helpful. The scheduling was fine. The care they provided for my parents was excellent, and we were very happy. They required a deposit of two weeks' worth. I was kind of shocked, but it wasn't that big of a deal. They helped with meal preparation, helped me take them to a couple of doctor appointments, and one girl helped take my mom to urgent care while I stayed with my dad.
