On Dec 3, 2018, Harmony Home Health was found Negligent and at Fault for the death of my mom by a jury in Utah. Case # 140901757, feel free to look it up You can get free full reports on them from the Department of Health in both Utah and New Mexico of their negligence and more. This company is dangerous and doesn't care about your family or loved ones. Do not hire them. Over a 2 week period, Harmony Home Health visited my mom 42 times and failed to report at anytime during those 42 visits, that my mom's symptoms had changed. My mom lost consciousness and each organ shut down over a period of 5 days until her death.

I just recently had bilateral knee replacement. I chose Harmony over going to a rehab center and had them come help me right after I left the hospital. Jen (RN) and Joe (PT) have been amazing..super attentive and always available to answer questions. 2 weeks post op and I'm pleased with my progress.

I came on to service with Harmony after having a dual knee replacement. They were amazing! The nurse came right out and assured I was taken care of and the physical therapist was great! They were very patient and caring. The nurse called me daily to assure my pain was under control and if there was anything she could do for me. The physical therapist did such a great job and even went so far as showing my grand kids how to help me with my exercises because they were curious. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Home Care company that is truly caring and takes pride in providing great service to their patients.

I am a former patient of Harmony Home Health. I had bylateral total knee replacement. When i left the rehab center I choose a home health company to help me. After some research and speeking with other patients in the rehab center I chose to go with Harmony Home Health. I feel it was the best decission I could have made. I was treated very nicely by both my home heath aides and phyical therapist. They communicated with me and would answer allm my questions, they never seemed rushed. I have and other friends that had to chose a home care provider I always refer them to Harmony Home Health.
