Accolade made such a positive difference for me and my family during the recent passing of my mother. Of course a caring staff is to be expected. All saff members were obviously ready, willing, and able to be of service. The most remarkable part of this experience was the high degree of availability and the timing of first the through the last contact. Whether on phone or in person, the Accolade staff not only answered questions but led the way in working very closely with the facility staff and the physician in charge. When called late on a Friday afternoon, Kathy (RN) came quickly and led our family through the last hour of my mother's life. Without her, a sad time would have been so much more difficult. My family responded to the recommendation to call hospice at our first opportunity and the care my mother received was wonderful to watch. I have to believe that any other families would be well served by working with Accolade.
