I knew when someone was here I did not need to worry. I was able to reach the owner when I realized my dad was coming home for hospice. They were trying to get 24 hour care until hospice was assigned. I liked that they were prompt with whatever needs that I had.

I didn't have much of a use for home health before I was paralyzed. They have constant concern for me I like the character of the nursing staff. They will answer any question that I have. When I have a question, I might feel like it is stupid but they reassure and empower me so I don't think my questions are stupid. They are incredible.

The caregiver was always there when she needed to be. My mom wasn't worried about it. The others were 10 to 15 minutes late. She was married to a military man, so that is unacceptable. Whoever was running the BrightStar Care that was servicing my mother needs some improvement on how to run their business in a timely manner.

They help me out by helping get my loved one ready. The caregiver is always talking to my husband and telling him different things that he can do, and she tries to encourage him.

One caregiver was easygoing and laid back, and both the caregivers were nice and made me feel at ease. My first nurse from BrightStar Care was amazing. They provided me with great care and made me feel comfortable.

I couldn't recommend BrightStar Care because even though the nurses are great, they aren't qualified. It wasn't right for me or for BrightStar Care to continue with the services because the caregivers weren't qualified to provide my care.
