We used Autumn of Life Home Care for my mom for 6 weeks. They were OK. They were dependable for sure, but they were pricey. We had to split the hours and they were charging us more, which I didn't think was really fair. They overcharged me these last two invoices. They were charging me for days that they weren't even there. As for scheduling, they were always there. They were helping my mom with grooming, but they got weird at the end because they wouldn't give any of her medication to her even though I have them all sorted out in containers. I said, 'You're going to have to pick up the container and give them to her.' My mom is on a fentanyl patch and they wouldn't put those on, which was a pain. It was defeating my purpose. It was good to have them, but I still had to go over there and do stuff. We hired another agency before this one but they were terrible so that's why we sat with Autumn of Life Home Care because they were dependable.
