Some personnel very knowledgable helpful and dedicated, however, have been told one thing on several occasions then were undone and and changed by another staff person. Lack of communication between regular and on-call/weekend staff.... And let's be honest, most things don't happen in the evening or on the weekend, not during the convenience of working hours. Waited 4 hours in an emergency situation (that WAS during normal working hours) for a representative to show up than ended in a broken arm.... Too many choices out there to compromise for mediocre services/care.
