Encore Caregivers is owned and managed by Nora Aden, R. N. Her experiences as a registered nurse, mother, daughter of elderly parents, clinical nurse, and home health agency owner enhance the delivery of care to Encore's Clients. We know that seniors strongly prefer to remain at home, wherever that may be: their residence of many years, an assisted living or retirement community, or while in the hospital. Encore's schedules are flexible to accommodate the Client's or family's needs. We maintain an on-call staff around the clock, every day of the year, to address scheduling, health and safety issues. Extensive pre-employment background investigation and qualification verification exceed State mandated standards.
