I truly have not been real happy with Assistcare Home Health. They went from the end of November until about the first week in January without coming out or checking on my parents. They were supposed to come in for daily baths, but they found out the girl was lying about coming out and bathing him, so they ended up firing her. I’ve had several complaints about what they were supposed to be doing. I’m back and forth getting someone to bathe Dad, and that’s quite a concern. One girl mistook something that was said, so she quit. Then one of the owners who was a doctor came out and visited with my parents for about five minutes and charged them $1,000. He didn’t do anything, and we didn’t ask him to come out.
