I am so pleased with Home Instead. In the 4 yrs of Mom living with me, this agency is by far the best she's had. Always on time, they work puzzles with her. They get her moving, share lunch, conversation and help with her room. I never have to guess how her day was. Thank you

We are currently using Home Instead Senior Care for my son. They don’t do a whole lot, actually, because they are not allowed to. They give him a bath and get him dressed. I am not really happy with them.

Home Instead came in two times, and I was really not pleased with them at all. My husband was over 200 pounds, and I needed somebody that could help me transfer him like when I needed to get him up to go to the bathroom. The person they sent out could only lift 50 pounds after me being very specific about a lot of things. I was not really happy with them. They were a big disappointment for me. They came out for one week, and they sent two different people out. They didn't know how to handle him because he weighed too much. They did send out a different person a couple of days later, and she was great, but soon after that, my husband went downhill, and I just told them to quit coming. I even got charged, and I don't understand what they charged me for, but I was so frustrated, I haven't even followed up on it.
First and foremost, let me express our deepest sympathies for the passing of your husband. We were honored to be a part of his care team, and we are thinking of you during this difficult time.
I am sorry you weren’t completely satisfied with your experience. However, there are times when a client’s weight or weakened condition requires specialized equipment for transfers. This is for the safety of our CAREGiver and your loved one.

Home Instead in Mt. Juliet is an AWESOME partner to Rutland Place! They have helped so many residents stay independent whether there's a need for medication reminders or assisting residents in daily activities while rehabbing from a hospital stay, they will go the extra mile and do whatever it takes to lend a helping hand. All of us at Rutland Place appreciate our relationship very much and highly recommend using this company.

What an AMAZING place! After searching for the perfect company to watch over my grandparent's I came across HISC, They are dedicated to us, provide 24/7 care and on-call support, and no matter when we needed them or how short of a notice it was they were ALWAYS there. I truly hate that we had to go through so many other companies before we found HISC, but I am very Thankful that we did! THe Office staff is wonderful, and the caregivers are amazing! They truly go above and beyond!
