Right At Home was very responsive. I needed a caregiver to stay with my wife while I took some needed time off. After initial contact with Right At Home a representative came out the next day for an interview. I told him I had one more service to interview and would let him know. On a Thursday I called the representative to say that my wife and I had selected them. The representative came back out on Friday and we were able to schedule a caregiver for an early arrival time on Monday. The caregiver was great. My wife connected well with her and felt safe. We have only had that one visit so far and we are very encouraged and comforted in the service Right At Home has provided.
