I'm using Right at Home Clemson for my husband. It's a little tough sometimes keeping people, but they've done a good job. I've been happy mostly with what they've done. They do first or second-level care for my husband. He needs someone there to give him pills or medication, help with feeding, help with bathing and dressing. We have two caregivers that come and they both do a good job. But one of them is a little more outgoing and draws him out more than the other, so they all have their specialty. The billing has been fine, everything has been smooth with that, and with the staffing, they do the best they can. It's pretty challenging in this day and age with COVID, the whole industry has a fairly high turnover rate. So occasionally, they miss a day when it's hard to get someone, or one quits and you have to find a new one. They do the best they can.

We have been exceptionally pleased with the services provided by Right at Home, not only from the caregivers, but from the administrative staff. They are compassionate, punctual, and with excellent communication and feedback. They have provided education-based care to a loved one with advancing dementia with dignity and respect. The agency is also extremely reliable in providing a replacement caregiver in the event of any unforseen circumstances. We would highly recommend their services!

Right at Home has filled all of my time slot requests for care for my mother with qualified caregivers. The caregivers have been punctual and compassionate. My mother is very critical, so there's always room for improvement and not every personality will be perfect to her, so her rating cannot be a 5-star. However, Right at Home has fulfilled the family needs well.

We needed a little help caring for our elderly dad who is vision impaired. Dad is still fairly mobile but he needed help with light cleaning, laundry and some meal prep. I called Right at Home and within 2 hours, Renee met with us to begin the paperwork. She was able to have a caregiver onsite in just 2 days. Dad really likes the ladies who have been taking care of him. They are very kind and patient.
