He is less frustrated with the caregivers, because he is comfortable with the current caregivers. They keep good communication with me. They also try and keep us with a regular team of caregivers.

They were a live saver. If we never got with yall, I don't think my grandfather would be in the position he is in. Right off the bat, they offered an at-home consultation. This was a much better experience for us. Being able to sit down and talk through what we can get and what is expected of the health aides.
