We are very secure with the care given to my husband. Mary has helped us over a year
and has been a blessing. She is reliable, kind, conscientious and patient with the needs
of my 94 year husband. I am comfortable leaving home for a respite lunch, shopping or visiting
with my friends .Mary has become part of our extended family.

Cathy is always quick to respond when I need anything. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. I called at 5:30 on a Friday for 24-hour help and they had a staff member show up to work on the hours I requested. Great company!

I did not need assistance on a weekly basis just yet and Right at Home was willing to adjust to what my needs were, which was to be just placed on a call list instead of having someone drop in once a week. The person who came to my home and interviewed me was very responsive and she had an understanding of what I needed at this point. I gave the caregiver my medical and personal information and I have a call-in on a daily basis from another source, but when I respond that I'm having a problem, then the first agency they call is Right at Home. The main thing is that they were willing to customize their service, which means that my name is in their database, I can call them during an emergency, and then I get charged only at that point.

Lisa is a Godsend. She is kind, caring and has the patience of a saint. She takes my mother to the doctor's appointments and acts as an interpreter as my mother is deaf. If my mom isn't feeling well she goes for groceries. In other words, Lisa is wonderful. I can relax and feel confident that I can go about my own doctor's appointments. She's really great. She calls me all the time to check in.
