We’ve had BAYADA Home Health for about a month or so. The people there are very professional, work with you, and seem to care. They do not have any attitudes. If something is wrong, they will step up. They’re a very good agency. Megan is the one that helped me in the beginning, Colleen is my mom’s scheduler right now, and my mom’s nurse is Jennifer. She’s been here three times making sure they’re very professional. I love dealing with them. When I see them calling, I don’t let it go to voicemail. I actually want to talk to them. It’s been working out really well. They check their personalities and have nice people. They know how to do the job.
