We hired Josinia Senior Home Care for my father for about a week and a half. They were very easy to work with and very accommodating. I needed some help for my father on a very short notice, and they were kindly able to accommodate us. The woman who ended up working with my father lived right near him anyways, so that was really nice. I met her and she just seemed very capable, very wonderful, and willing to help out with whatever my father needed. As for the people who run the company, John and Tamara, they couldn't be any more wonderful, in terms of communicating and letting me know immediately about any note that the woman had about my father. In fact, I have another family member who needs some in-home health care, and I know they’re going to reach out to the same company. They came in about four hours a day, from 8 to 12 in the morning for eight or nine days. My father had been hospitalized and just needed some help because he didn't quite have all his strength yet, so they came in to help. Now he wanted to try to do things on his own, so I said, "Alright, we'll take a break but if you need help, we'll call them again, and maybe we'll just have them come like two hours every day to help you in the morning, just for a little bit longer." I think their cost was in line with the other local companies that do the same thing that they do. In fact, there's a company in the building where my father lives but I chose to go with this company instead, just because I felt like John and Tamara were just friendlier and more communicative. I got a better feeling about the level of care they have and about how more family oriented their company is. My dad's like, "I would go to a different company in our building." I said, "No, I like this place better."

The Josinia team joined our family like flight of angels. They invested in our challenges and offered experienced guidance when we thought no one could. They provide daily morning and evening help to our family member and also take him to doctor’s and other appointments. I can’t be more grateful to have found them.
