My father has been a client for a couple of years. The aides are anywhere from great to so-so. The management that has taken over recently is horrible. If you have a complaint (even serious) resolution is almost impossible and there is no back-up if anyone gets sick so you can expect your loved one to be left on their own with no warning. I would never use them as a sole provider for care because you will definitely need extra eyes to keep them in line.

I used Cambridge Home Health Care for about a year. The caregiver that I had did not know anything about how to cook and clean, so I basically had to train her. But, she did very well as far as personal care 101 is concerned.
