We hired A & L Home Care and Training Center for my mother. The caregiver is phenomenal, and very good. She cooks for her, runs errands, and makes sure she gets her meds. Realistically, she's more like a friend. They also provide her with a nurse who comes once a week to check her blood pressure. I would recommend them.

We have A&L Home Care for my husband; the VA pays for it. We have been using them for five years now. Their caregivers are pretty good. They are just good to my husband. The agency itself is pretty good. I did have some problems where I had one that didn't show up when she was supposed to. I did call and get a different one, but of course, it was hard on us to have a different one. This is because my husband doesn't talk.
