I have a lady that comes in from Seniors Helping Seniors Mid Ohio, two times a week, for companionship and light housekeeping. She does my mother's laundry and changes her bed, and then just some social interaction. I appreciate the fact that they are older women and they have had experience with older people with dementia. They bring with them a lot of knowledge on how to interact with my mother. They're very caring and very patient. They interact well with my mother. They are punctual. I've had two different caregivers and both of them have been very, very good. I know that they charge what most other home health agencies charge, so I think the cost is fair. We either text or call and I get prompt responses. The communication has been very good. I recommend them highly when anyone asks me about home health care.
