We used Echo Hospice of Cleveland for two-and-a-half years. They came into the facility to help my mom with everyday living activities. They provided two visits of personal care every week, one visit of companionship, and two visits of nursing care every week. They had a chaplain and a social worker who would come occasionally. The personal care providers and the nurses were generally the same, but when staff changed, it changed for us as well. Two of the nurses were with us for more than a year and a half, maybe even two years. They were terrific. They kept me informed about my mother's care. Whenever they visited her, they would call me and keep me informed about any issues or updates or to tell me everything was the same. If I saw the personal caregivers, they would talk to me about what they did. I usually talk with the nurses on the phone and sometimes I would see them in person. Whenever I had a concern or an equipment need or didn't even know if I needed something but had a concern, they were responsive. They were available on the phone and 90% of the time I could get in touch with someone when I called. It was unbelievable. They were great, and if something is broken or we need anything, they would have it attended to as soon as possible. They were very receptive to my questions.
