Prior to this agency, it was a struggle for the client to get things done. Bathing was a big thing. At that time, there were a lot of issues. Once we got them actually going and coming here, they all but fell off the radar. They weren't things he or I had to worry about. It has a huge impact. I like that they're extremely helpful. They don't do medical stuff, but pretty much everything else is on the table. They're also flexible. When they show up, you can ask them to get groceries or if they can mop the floor or do some laundry. It's not all scheduled out, and they don't say they're just a laundry person or just a house cleaner. Their help has been very flexible in that front with their ability to do things to help the client out.

With Visiting Angels, the cat seems to be more adventurous than she used to be, so things seem to be going okay.
