I have a person who comes at night from Ideal. She supervises my husband's dinner and reminds me of his medication. She provides good care and patience to my husband. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the care.

We found Ideal through the VA. They are very prompt, and they do a very good service. I'm pleased with the nurses that they send out. I have them 7 days a week and 3 hours per day. I can say that they are very reliable.

We have a long term insurance from John Hancock, and they sent a list of approved agencies in our area. Ideal Healthcare was part of that list. Tammy, the owner, came out personally and showed an interest to help us. They were prompt and professional. I have them for a year now. They come in 4 nights a week. We're going to add a daytime shift soon. Overall I'm satisfied with what they've done.

I cannot say thank you enough to Ideal Healthcare Services. The dependability and standard of care they have given my mother since November 2011 has been a godsend. I am so grateful that I was referred to Ideal. When I'm feeling that I'm being pulled in a dozen directions making sure my mother gets the care she requires and her bills are paid, I know I can always count on the daily visits from the Ideal Healthcare companions to nurture her routinely each day.
