It's run by a husband and wife, and there are only three to communicate with. You get someone who knows your case well. There is very little staff turnover. They communicate with each other well and are knowledgeable about the systems in place and what you need as well. They're available to answer questions. If there are issues, they help resolve them. They are very knowledgeable about Medicaid and current events involving that.

I like that the agency is accommodating, and they take accountability, but could improve having a more clarity of contact. And the caregiver all fulfill the requests that we have. The services have helped the most by being there for her when I'm not, and the caregivers are an advocate for her as well.

They are reliable and if the person can't be there, they make sure the time I requested is covered. She's not making it better, she is just helping with the day. It's more for companionship, she takes her to her centers and dresses her.

The caregivers give him a sponge bath, they keep him clean and they get him dressed and provide breakfast. They put eye drops in his eyes and take his blood pressure. They are easy to reach, they send quality people.
