They were dependable and very sensitive to the type of caregiver that would click with my mom. The owner and staff all cared about my mom very much, and treated her like they were a member of their own families. Highly recommend them.

It’s been such a pleasure working with this company. They provided such a family oriented feeling from the screening to the options available. The worker, but really should be called newest family member, took the best care of my father. He was a stubborn man with hearing difficulties and always spoke his mind. I really expected he would fire the worker on day one or the worker would leave and never return. Surprisingly, he bonded with her and they began such a friendship. This company never tried to up sell services and contacted me only when additional shifts were needed to keep him safe and comfortable. My father was so happy with the worker they screened for him and I was too. If your looking for a company with all the services and the small town family feel…look no further.

We did some nighttime, but there was no consistency with that. We had multiple people and for someone with dementia it was a little unnerving. I liked their responsiveness. I called, and they had someone there within a day or two. We were able to get there super quick.

It is very helpful. The aid is here, and she has been an extra help to my husband, and the need is great. She is here filling the need that is needed. Home Helpers made a great impression on me during the home visit. The owner listened to my needs and didn't make big promises. He said he would try his best to fit those needs. Check-in visits were followed after to make sure that we are happy with the care.

They assist my loved one with all their daily requirements like going to the bathroom, feeding them supplements, and making sure everything is clean, which is most important. They are very reliable and have a lot of attention to detail in general with the services so I'd certainly recommend them.

We have a great lady that comes in 5 hours a day/4 times a week to provide care for our step mom that has dementia. With this care we feel more comfortable that she is getting the support needed for daily grooming, medicine adherence and light housekeeping. Because me and my sister live out of town, it is nice assurance that our Dad and his wife are safe while still in their home of many many years. The caregiver also takes her out of the house for lunch, Dr appt and to get her our step moms nails done. This allows our Dad a bit of freedom as well for him to go out without worry. Have had no issues with caregiver being late and often talk with her via phone. Any specific requests to the agency has been positive.

They have been good about getting people there for 24 hours a day and getting shifts filled. I do not know if the caregivers are fully aware of what the client needs, they kind of walk in blind they need to communicate better about the shape the client is in.

It is not accomplishing what I set out to do when I came to a home care agency. The whole point was for me to get sleep a couple nights a week, and so far we have not been successful. We're having difficulty finding a night person that will care for the client. They are working hard to find someone, though.

I feel comfortable and secure with my caregiver. I have had four surgeries on my right hip which developed a bad infection. Having their help made the world of difference. They helped take the burden off of my husband. Most of them have been excellent and do whatever I need done.

I think the person that is coming is pretty experienced, especially with people with dementia. We are very pleased with the person that is coming. We just have a personal problem. It would be nice if we could get one or two people that we could mostly rely on. We were having different people coming in, and it was confusing her.
