The Staff were all amazing People. They were caring, and professional at all times. They made the family feel welcome. They took care of the patient with dignity and allowed the family to concentrate on Loving them. Facility was very clean. The dignity, love and care they provided made a difficult time easier on the whole family.

Most of staffs were very kind except for one RN named Brandy. She was extreamly rude to my loved one with unspeakable attitude: rolling her eyes in every comment and etc. Also pretty much all of her knowledge about the transition between home care and hospice was not only incorrect but very confusing. The director named Tina is an awesome professional with care and respect. Basically RN Brandy's comment were wrong and so we did not really care for her comment and knowledge and directly deal with the director. Hospice is not like a regular hospital. People go there to die. If she has no patient and respect for the patients and families then I strongly suggest she need to find another profession. All other staffs were basically apolozing on behalf of such a shameful RN Brandy.

The staff there was very helpful and caring. They cared for the patient as well as the family and friends. They did whatever they could to make you comfortable and cared for during your loved ones stay.
