Some of them are good and some are not so good. There are things I can't do alone, and it's a great relief. They want to give me more hours a week than I can use them. For me, they decide how much care I need rather than myself. I may need more hourly or monthly.

It could just be his cooperation or lack thereof. It is regarding his cooperation regarding the service. He tends to not wake the caregiver for assistance during the night time. I would give specific names of individuals in this organization that I would request over others.

You should know that it is nearly impossible to get Always Best Care to schedule the same care givers for each visit! Having different people come to my home is very stressful to me. Please know that the 3 Star rating is because each and every care giver I have had were very polite and respectful. Most knew their job and performed to my satisfaction. However, I have yet to meet any of the scheduling staff that gave a hoot about me and my very simple needs. I have tried several times to speak with anyone in upper management and would get blocked each time. FYI I’m not the only client by far with the same exact problem.
