We have Hospice of New Mexico for my mother. They have been fabulous and have 24-hour medical care. They cover all of Mom's supply. They're very caring and loving people. They're also very available whenever you need them. They give emotional support to us. The support has been amazing for our family. They answer our texts or our calls very quickly. They don't make us feel that any questions we ask is not important. They always make us feel like we're priority and that my mom is a priority. When my mom became ill or had something happen, they were there immediately. They have been great.

Unhappy Client!

We are very unsatisfied with Hospice of New Mexico. HORIBLE Care! The nurse for my dad is very unfriendly and has failed at her job as a nurse to care for my father as he should have been. I asked for my dad to be seen by a doctor and a week later I am told she assumed he did not need to see him so she never requested this. She forgot to order two very crucial medications for my dad; over a week later I am finding out he still does not have them. She wanted to put him on a medicine for nausea that is prescribed for agitation and is in his file to not give to him. I would strongly suggest looking for a different Hospice provided for your loved ones if your goal is to have a loving capable nurse to care for them.

Physician

As a physician in the community, I value a hospice that takes pride in having board-certified hospice physicians on their staff. I have found that this increases the quality of care my patients have received and I refer to them with confidence.
