Susan and her agency were involved in case management for both my parents. They are thorough, caring and always available. In difficult times, it is nice to have someone to depend on through the difficult times. They made it much easier when coordinating appointments and keeping my siblings informed. Staff were always timely. The interactions were professional and caring. My family felt they went above and beyond with our requests in their responsiveness. When it was time for hospice, they had excellent recommendations and that turned out well for our mom. I happen to be a certified case manager and nurse, you will not find a better case management agency.

Not worth the money. We spent hundreds with this company and didn't get any help at all. We were charged for a full hour each time when phone calls were made that lasted less than five minutes.
