I was very unhappy with the final care my mother received. They were not there when we called to say that she needed them. As a result, my father (who is in a wheelchair) had to call a neighbor who called my brother to help. The "minister" never came--he called and asked if we wanted his help. My father was so angry he hung up on him. When the nurse arrived, she looked at mom for a couple seconds and then started looking for her drugs that had to be destroyed. The "social worker" asked me if I was okay. That was the extent of trying to help us with grief. There was no grief counseling at all. Will never recommend them.
