Continua Hospice provided amazing care for my mother during the last stages of her life. The nurses and aides were very responsive anytime we needed them. Coming to the house, returning phone calls, and explaining the course of events. Many times after helping her to get comfortable they just sat with her and visited. Also doing the same for the extended family. I feel honored to have met so many of these continua staff members. They have a calling like no other. Going above and beyond including being present a my mothers memorial service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your gifts of caring.

Hospice is supposed to serve the needs and wishes of the dying but Continua Hospice did no such thing. They are also supposed to provide comfort and support to the patient and family however they neglected to do that as well. In the beginning they said they would help with obit & final arrangements, yet when the time came there was no help. They said they would provide "personal care" for my mom, (ex: manicures) but they never did. They said they would be there for aftercare for the family, provide grief support, but( once again) that didn't happen. To say we were disappointed in Continua Hospice would be a understatement. When you hear the word hospice, you know time is short but you are comforted in knowing that your loved one's last months/days will be peaceful. That peace of mind was striped from our family and instead we are left with heartache and anger. If you have a choice, pick a different company.
