We've been using Phoenix Home Care since March of this year. I chose them because they could provide somebody with a CNA certification, and we needed that. She does some housekeeping and therapy for my loved one. She is really efficient and willing to do anything that I asked her, and she does a real good job with him as well. She is so careful too. They send a bill out weekly, and it's comparable to most other agencies that I looked at. They worked with me well on the time that I needed.
