TLC is dedicated to providing personalized home health care and daily assisted living services to the homebound. We are committed to providing the highest level of professional Home Health Care Services to our clients which will allow them to be more self sufficient while enhancing thier well being, dignity and quality of life.
We provide Companion Care/Homemaker, Certified Home Health Aide, Certified Nurse Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse, and Certified Senior Advisors. All our compassionate caregivers are trained, schooled, cori checked, bonded, insured, licensed and certified by the state of Massachusetts.
Whether the need is imminent or down the road, TLC works with you to prepare, coordinate and direct a comprehensive care plan and support system for you and your loved ones.
As case manager, we interact with scores of area resources - doctors, therapists, family members, social, recreational, legal, tax and insurance - to assure the most comprehensive individualized care plan possible.
