My caregiver has been with me since early July 2022.. I don’t know what I would do without her. She is so kind and caring. I think she reads my mind! I’m always sad when she leaves on Friday mornings. She herself is immaculate and keeps the kitchen and bathrooms sparkling. My caregiver often cooks for me and she knows I eat a lot of fruit. She’ll peel the oranges and wash the berries, etc. Bottom line, there is no one like her! J. Magiday

I like that they are timely, caring, and they know what they are supposed to do, and they deliver on their promises. I would not be able to do much of what I am doing without their assistance, so the impact has been large.

The Agency provides caregivers who assist in ambulation, showering and personal needs, meals, driving to and accompanying client to healthcare and personal appointments, as well as providing companionship. They are professional and personable. I have found them to be the best agency by far that we have used.

I hired several caregivers through Griswold, and while all were reliable and professional, one really bonded with my dad. In fact, I still keep in touch with her, a year after my dad's passing. Erin, the owner/director, and Tanya, the manager, were outstanding in every respect. I knew I could count on them as Daddy declined, and Tanya even made home visits. My dad really liked her. I have dealt with other agencies, but none has administrators as caring and helpful as this one.

The services are a great help for me because I am the main caregiver. My husband, unfortunately, has had setbacks. Having someone to come assist me is a great help. I wouldn't be able to do it by myself. I know that, in general, all organizations are short of staff. Sometimes you receive people who have expertise in what you need, but sometimes you don't. In my case, my husband has a memory problem, so I would benefit if they would send me a person who can offer the kind of assistance that a client with memory loss would need. They give good help, but it's not always the type you need.
