She had to have the care. They did what they needed to do. They could have had the same caregivers come each time.

They were necessary. They provided care for him when I needed somebody 24/7 to watch him to make sure he wouldn't fall or get hurt. I like the personal contact, and they are involved, and they are available to chat with you if you want to discuss a problem you may have.

I can't do stuff, so they do everything when I call to request the service, and they make sure I have what I need. They provide someone who can push me. I like that they are willing to do what needs to be done, whether they are doing laundry or taking me to the doctor's office. They try to do what you have asked.

I cannot stand for too long, and I have chronic back problems, so the caregiver changes my bed. I like the person that they assigned because she is very cordial and helps me cook because I can't stand up for too long. She is very competent.

I needed help for my dad and did not know where to look. Some friends highly recommended Right at Home after having heard about and expereced great service with them. So I called and they set up care for my dad with me. They have provided great service, and have reliable, trained caregivers, who we love! I also find that their office staff is very responsive . I really felt comfortable leaving my dad with them. I have even been able to go out of town on a trip for a week to a wedding in AZ, I never could have done that without Right at Home making my dad feel so comfortable with the staff who care for him. I highly recommend them.

I am using Right at Home for my brother-in-law. My home is in a remote area, but the present staff is very good, caring, and competent. Right at Home works hard to find a comfortable caregiver for my brother-in-law. Indeed, they are very customer oriented.
